CF Moto ZForce 500/800/1000 1/2" HDPE Skid Plate

FITS: 2014-2022 ZForce 500 / 800 / 800EX / 1000

We’ve heard too many stories of limbs and rocks breaking thru factory skid plates causing damage to the SXS or even worse, injuring riders.  With safety in mind, we make our skid plates from 1/2″ HDPE.  The 1-piece design replicates the factory skid plate but almost 3 times thicker!

Description

  • Unknown trails means unknown dangers.  Protect yourself and your ride with a skid plate made of 1/2″ HDPE, a thermoplastic material with superior impact strength.

Skid plate is made using 1/2″ HDPE.  HDPE stands for High Density Polyethylene which is known for its outstanding tensile strength and large strength-to-density ratio.  HDPE plastic has a high-impact resistance.
Replaces flimsy factory skid plate.
Small openings for mud draining & easier washing.
Holes for oil changing.
Detailed installation instruction and full mounting hardware included.
  • We currently offer plastic & aluminum skid plates for more than 200 UTV / ATV models.
