If an order is canceled before it is shipped, we will give you a full refund, less the original processing fee charged to us by your credit card. That fee is normally 2.9% + $0.30.
If an order is canceled after the item has shipped, or if you have already received the shipment, refunds are issued once your item is returned to us. The refund will be less the original processing fee. All returns must be in an unused, "as new" condition. There may be a re-boxing fee depending on the box and contents. All installation manuals, hardware, and parts must be included for a full refund.
