You need to indicate both the Windshield type and if you want the MR10 Scratch Resistant Hard Coat added.
Our Solid One Piece Lexan Windshields are truly top of the line. All windshields are hand crafted for a precision fit.
Our Windshields now include our new Dual Vent design. The Dual Vent is a run of vents cut along the bottom of the Windshield which can be opened or closed by sliding the blocker panel. The vent is one long insert that is connected and can be open or closed from either side.
Two Lexan Windshield types
General Purpose Lexan 9034. This Lexan is so strong it can be laminated to make it "bullet-proof glass" and is commonly used in the racing car industry. It will not let you down. It can scratch however, so if you are going to install wipers, you will need to upgrade to Lexan MR10.
Lexan 9034 Windshields are made from 1/4" Lexan. The 1/4" will NOT bow at high speeds.
Scratch Resistant Lexan MR10. Lexan MR10 has the same high strength properties as Lexan 9034 but has a Mar-Resistant lamination layer added to make it Scratch Resistant. If you are going to install wipers or your terrain involves lots of bush bashing, Lexan MR10 is the Windshield you will need.

Clamps Types
Loop Clamps. These are the entry level Clamps that have that most Windshield manufactures have used for years. They will not fail and will more than likely outlast the life of your UTV / Side X Side. The materials used are in expensive and so they are cheaper than most options. If you are going to remove and refit your Windshield due to weather or the seasons, Loop Clamps may not be for you. You need two people to install or remove and this takes time.
Quick Install Straps. This is or new clamping system that are proving to be very popular. Priced the same as the Loop Clamps, these are far more user friendly. One person can install and remove a Windshield very quickly. These Hook & Loop Straps were developed for the U.S Military and are as tough as you can get. These will not rot, rip or fade and are tested for over 3000 peels. They are also UV resistant.
Quick Connect Clamps. Known as the best clamping system available. The Quick Connect Clamps make installation a breeze. After installation, if you ever need to remove your windshield, just unscrew the knob bolts. The clamps stay on the roll bar for easy re-installation.
All three clamping systems are OK for towing at highway speeds. Make sure the Clamps or Straps are done up tight.
Automotive Trim.
The bottom and sides of the lower windshield section and the sides of the upper windshield section have a flexible PVC edge trim installed. The trim on the bottom of the lower section includes a flexible bubble to better seal any gaps between the windshield and hood line. Loop Clamps only have the trim along the Hood Line. Loop Clamps have extra custioning, so no need for the trim in this area,
All in all, the Pacific Eagle UTV Lexan windshield is a superior windshield. The windshield comes with installation instructions to make the install easy. Don't forget all Pacific Eagle UTV Windshields are backed by a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.
